Missed my Thursday workout due to rain so I made it up on Friday. I took the kids with me to the Y and ran an interval workout on the treadmill. It was fairly easy, although an hour on the treadmill is pretty close to my limit.
I ran a simple 6x800 workout at 4 minutes. Its a few seconds faster than I do on the track, but its also a little easier on a treadmill. Mile and a half warm up and cool down.
