8.25 miles, 1:23:24, Pace 10:06

Today I have begun to increase my weekend distance. I have to say, the last 2 miles were actually easier than the first 6. When I left my standard 6 mile loop (about mile 5) I wasn't sure I was going to able to finish 8 miles but once I crossed 6 miles, i felt pretty good. My plan had me running 7 this weekend. I decided to push it to 8 and actually ran 8.25. So far this week, I've run a total of 24 miles.

As you can see, i've decided to post my milage, total time and pace as the title of my posts. Hopefully this will make it easy to see my progression toward the marathon.
